Dr Andrew Krzyszton
M.B B.S. B.Sc. (Med)(hons).
AMARRA certification, Member of the RACGP, AMA and
Australian Diabetes Society, as well as the Royal Society of NSW(Scientific).
Clinical Interests:
Diabetes, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Musculoskeletal Problems,
Acupuncture, Asthma/Respiratory Health, Antenatal Shared Care with NepeanHospital.
Other Passions:
Andy is married and has 3 daughters, 3 grand-daughters and a grandson.
He enjoys photography, railway history,travel and gardening.
Dr Thanjon Michniewicz
B.Med MPH FRACGP

Dr Gary Tsang
BMedMD, B.S.
Clinical Interests:
Gary is a dedicated medical professional with a rich background in molecular biology and medicine. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology in Los Angeles, He relocated to Australia to pursue a career in medicine. He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2013.
He began his early medical training in Western Australia, gaining valuable experience in diverse clinical settings. He then returned to Sydney, where he continued his training with a focus on surgery, accumulating extensive hands-on experience and developing a deep understanding of surgical practices.
In addition to his clinical work, he has been actively involved in research and teaching, contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge and education. Currently, he is working as a GP trainee with a keen interest in preventative healthcare. His commitment to promoting health and preventing disease underscores his holistic approach to patient care.
Other Passions:
Outside of his professional life, he enjoys cooking, participating in sports, and traveling. He shares his home with two delightful sausage dogs, who bring joy and companionship to his life.
Dr Kuhan Perumynar
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery
Clinical Interests:
Dr kuhan Perumynar completed his medical training in North Queensland at James Cook University.
He has since enjoyed working in a variety of health settings including Townsville, Palm Island, Newcastle and Sydney. He believes in a holistic approach to patient care, and developing a relationship with patients that supports them to flourish in all facets of life. He enjoys all aspects of general practice, with special interests in paediatrics, skin medicine, sports and rehabilitation medicine, travel medicine and mental health.
Other Passions:
Outside of work, Kuhan enjoys writing music, spending time in nature and travelling.
Marjorie Gunasekara
Marjorie joined the FHC nursing team in February of 2017. Come and see her before she leaves at the end of November 2024. We will miss you Marjorie <3

Other Passions:
Marjorie enjoys tapestry and could spend all day in her garden.
Siobhaun Priest
Bachelor of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Specialist – General Surgery

Wound Management, Postoperative Care, Child & Family Health
Other Passions:
Spending time with her husband and three girls; reading, watching reality TV, going to the football.

Austec Pathology are available for blood tests from 8am - 3:30pm Monday- Friday and 8am -1pm Saturday. AML is a walk-in service, no appointment needed. Referrals for other providers are accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: NEW PATIENT BOOKINGS MUST BE DONE OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON, our online system cannot take new patients. Once you are signed up with the practice and have a valid email address recorded, the HotDoc app will work. (We also require a long appointment for new patients in order to gather pertinent medical history and open a file as well as help you with your medical issue, single appointments will not be honoured if family members book themselves in in-place of a new patient)
