    Dr Andrew Krzyszton

    M.B B.S. B.Sc. (Med)(hons).

    AMARRA certification, Member of the RACGP, AMA and
    Australian Diabetes Society, as well as the Royal Society of NSW(Scientific).

    Clinical Interests:

    Diabetes, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Musculoskeletal Problems,
    Acupuncture, Asthma/Respiratory Health, Antenatal Shared Care with NepeanHospital.

    Other Passions:

    Andy is married and has 3 daughters, 3 grand-daughters and a grandson. He enjoys photography, railway history,travel and gardening.

  • Dr Oliver Leung

    Dr Oliver Leung


    Clinical Interests:

    Internal Medicine and geriatrics are Oliver’s areas of interest.

    Other Passions:

    Oliver is a bit of a “foodie” and loves trying different restaurants and
    wine tastings.  Oliver also enjoys scenic
    photography while travelling.

  • Dr Helen Balkin

    Dr Helen Balkin

    M.B B.S., Bachelor of Medical Science, Masters in International
    Public Health, Diploma in Child Health, Certificate in Sexual Health and Family Planning, Implanon certification.  IUD Certification. FRACGP

    Clinical Interests:

    has worked in Kenya, Guatemala, Nepal, Indonesia, is a volunteer
    teaching sex ed/health for youth off the streets, including breast feeding and
    adolescent medicine, as well as strong interests in paediatrics, women’s
    health, sexual health and mental health. 

    Helen loves the full spectrum of medicine from birth through
    to the elderly.

    Other Passions: 

    Her family, her garden and travel.

  • Dr Monica Induri

    Dr Monica Induri

    BMed   DCH    and currently studying for the NSW FPC

    Monica has joined FHC for a 6 month period as a full-time GP Registrar. She will be with the practice until early February 2019.

    Clinical Interests: 

    Monica enjoys seeing people of all ages and backgrounds, but particularly enjoys Womens and Childrens Health

    Other Passions:

    Monica loves travelling and exploring new places, photography, spending time with family and friends and reading a good book (when she has the time!)



  • Dr Nat Vo

    Dr Nat Vo

    Nat is joining FHC in August 2018 for 6 months to complete her GP Registrar training. She will be with the practice in a part-time role until  February 2019. 

    Clinical Interests:  

    Adolescent and Child Health, Chronic Disease, Dermatology and Skin excisions, Mental Health, Palliative care, Preventative health, Senior health. 

    Other Passions:  

    Whether it is about your general health and well-being, to tea or dogs, Nat is generally passionate and enthusiastic when she speaks about most things!   You will probably come to realise that she tends to speak quite rapidly, so feel free to ask her to slow down. 

    In Nat's spare time, she is just as keen about trying new things and participating in out of the ordinary activities, as she is about kicking back and watching the world drift by.

    Karthik is joining FHC in August 2018 for 6 months to complete his GP Registrar training. He will be with the practice in a part-time role until February 2019.

    All aspects of family medicine, dermatology and skin excisions

    Travelling and technology

    Dianne Howitt

    Bachelor of Health Science, RN, Midwife, Orthopedic Certificate, Women's Health Certificate, Immunisation Certificate.

    Clinical Interests:

    Women's Health, Children's Health, and Elderly Health.

    Other Passions:

    Di sings ( or tries to ) in local choir and maintains her health by walking and swimming most days, and gardening. Di also enjoys sewing and knitting.

    Marjorie Gunasekara

    Marjorie has joined the FHC nursing team in February of 2017. 

    Clinical Interests: 

    Aged care issues, Diabetic care, Childhoom Immunisations

    Other Passions: 

    Marjorie enjoys tapestry and could spend all day in her garden.

    Other services available on site:

    FHC also has some allied services available on site.  

    Austec Pathology are available for blood tests from 8am - 4pm Monday- Wednesday and 8am -1pm Thursday, 8am - 2:30pm Friday and 8am-12pm Saturday. AML is a walk-in service, no appointment needed. Referrals for other providers are accepted.

    Thy Trinh - Evergreen Podiatry

    Clinical Interests: 

    Diabetes foot, foot assessment and management for both elderly and children, foot and lower leg pain (heel pain, plantar fasciitis, aching feet and muscles), Biomechanical assessment and footwear recommendation

    Other Passions:

    In his down time, Thy can be found playing tennis (or as he calls it: "working on foot dynamics"), spending time with family, cooking Vietnamese cuisine, hiking, doing charity work or on his newest hobby, learning to play the guitar.

Once you are signed up with the practice and have a valid email address recorded, the appointuit app will work. (We also require a long appointment for new patients in order to gather pertinent medical history and open a file as well as help you with your medical issue, single appointments will not be honoured if family members book themselves in in-place of a new patient)
